Important: Providing false information during registration, including a false date of birth, false name, or false contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
4.1.1 To register an Account with 811c, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must keep this information up to date throughout the duration of your Account.
4.1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 811c accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2.1 Prior to processing any withdrawal, 811c requires Players to complete identity verification (KYC). Required documentation typically includes a valid government-issued Malaysian photo identification (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding the identification document.
4.2.2 KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. 811c may request additional documentation where the initial submission is unclear or incomplete. Players who fail to complete KYC verification will be unable to withdraw funds from their Account.
4.2.3 811c reserves the right to suspend an Account and withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of satisfactory KYC checks at any stage, including on accounts that have previously completed a prior verification round.

6.1.1 811c accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT).

6.2.2 811c reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, incomplete KYC documentation, outstanding bonus wagering obligations, or where the request is flagged by our compliance monitoring systems.
6.3.1 Players must only deposit funds that belong to them and which have been obtained lawfully. The use of stolen payment credentials, credit cards belonging to third parties, or any unlawfully obtained funds is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

7.1.2 Bonuses are credited to the Player's bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from wagering that meet the applicable wagering requirement become eligible for withdrawal, subject to any maximum cashout cap.
7.2.1 A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. 8.2 Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed and recorded on our system. Confirmed bets are binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player once placed, except where 811c specifically offers a cash-out facility for a given market.
8.3 In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrectly offered or accepted bet, 811c reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. 12.2 811c's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
12.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13.1 811c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the Platform.
13.2 Where an Account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, 811c may, at its discretion, withhold and forfeit any outstanding balance, including pending bonus amounts and associated winnings.
13.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC requirements, within a reasonable timeframe.

15.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
